Down (me and unfortunately NOT the scale’s reading)

I’ve been really down the past week- emotionally (heavy DH probs) AND physically (bad cold, sinuses and generally feeling like crap)  Even our dog is sick – 2 trips to the vet in the past 2 days.  I feel horrible. I haven’t done any exercise the whole week, which in turn has made me fel even worse about myself and life in general.  I’ve been eating like there’s no tomorrow (stress has a nasty habit of doing that to me)  I keep thinking I’ve got only SEVEN weeks till my mum arrives (haven’t seen her in TWO years) and I REALLY want to lose some weight before she gets here for various reasons.  PRESSURE + STRESS = too many trips to the fridge.  I need some help here – I’m losing focus and getting DEPRESSED…..
